Booth Rental
The booth rental for the EGU General Assembly 2014 is by completing the online booking form. Please log in (or create a Copernicus Office User account) below. Any organization exempt from VAT according to the EU VAT council directive 2006/112/EC, Article 151, should NOT book a booth via this online form. Instead, please send an e-mail including your preferred booth number, billing address and the VAT Exemption Certificate to meetings@copernicus.org.
The different booth sizes and included services are as follows and prices vary according to the exhibitor:
- Small Enterprises (SE) with less than or equal 10 employees;
- Large Enterprises (LE) with more than 10 employees;
- Non-Profit organizations or educational institutions (Non-Profit).

- Free Registrations: The name badges as well as the conference material must be picked up on arrival in the registration area (Hall Z). If you like to register more than the number of staff members included in your booth rental, this can be done by using the booking form above. The price for each additional name badge is €300 gross (€250 net).
Exhibitor staff and Name Badges
Exhibitors can order additional name badges and/or modify existing name badges by 14 April 2014 via the booking form above. Please note that a login with the same Copernicus Office user ID is necessary in order to purchase additional name badges and/or modify existing name badges. Additional name badge orders can only be invoiced to the same billing address that is used for the booth rental.
